real’s a shady character. For one thing, the name is pretty much un-googleable, albeit I tried my hardest (needless to say, contemplation of cosmetic surgery and celebrities came up pretty fast). All I know is, it’s future garage sounds from Chester, dark bassy grooves punctuated with off-beat snapping snares, just down the road from early James Blake in its nocturnal energy.
